Welcome to K K Global Guide (BPO Service). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
K K Global Guide provides services including but not limited to web development, website design, SEO services, digital marketing, graphic design, logo design, back-office support, customer support services, consulting, and related business services.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for services will be defined in a Service Agreement, Proposal, or Order Form.
2. Service Agreements
For paid services, a written proposal, contract, or order form may be provided.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms, the Refund Policy, or a signed Service Agreement, the signed Service Agreement will control.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- provide accurate and truthful information
- supply required materials or approvals in a timely manner
- maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- comply with applicable laws and regulations
Clients may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice.
Services may be billed as one-time project fees, milestone payments, monthly retainers, or subscription services.
Failure to make payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Recurring Services
Some services may operate on a recurring billing basis.
Recurring services will continue until canceled according to the applicable agreement.

Cancellation typically becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Fees already billed for the current billing cycle are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:
- K K Global Guide retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and proprietary systems.
- Upon full payment, the client may receive a license or ownership rights to final deliverables as defined in the service agreement.
No materials may be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship.
Confidential information will not be disclosed except as required by law, with written consent, or for the purpose of fulfilling the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K K Global Guide shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Services such as marketing, SEO, consulting, and advertising depend on many external factors.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, traffic, leads, or business results.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms of that agreement.
We may terminate services immediately if a client violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, fails to make required payments, or abuses or threatens staff.
11. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration will take place in Harris County, Texas, United States.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and any Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the client and K K Global Guide regarding the use of our services.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will apply prospectively and will not affect previously signed agreements unless both parties agree in writing.
