1. Service Agreements Take Priority
Certain services may be governed by a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, Statement of Work, or Order Form.
If a signed service agreement contains refund or cancellation terms that differ from this policy, the signed agreement will control for that service.
2. When Refunds May Be Available
Non-Performance by Our Company
If K K Global Guide fails to materially deliver services due to reasons within our control, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund for the portion of services not performed.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a service before work has commenced, a refund may be issued minus any administrative, consultation, onboarding, or processing costs already incurred.
Cancellation After Work Has Begun
If a client cancels a service after work has started, any refund will be limited to prepaid amounts for services not yet performed, after deducting work already completed, time allocated to the project, onboarding and setup costs, non-refundable deposits, and third-party costs already incurred.
Service Deficiency
If a client believes the service delivered does not materially conform to the agreed scope, the client must notify us in writing and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. If a material deficiency cannot be resolved, we may provide a full refund or service credit at our discretion.
3. Definition of Work Commencement
Work is considered commenced once any of the following occur:
- consultations or strategy sessions
- project onboarding
- research or planning
- account or campaign setup
- development or design work
- project scheduling or resource allocation
- communication or collaboration related to service execution
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following costs are generally non-refundable once incurred:
- domain registrations
- hosting services
- third-party software or tools
- advertising spend
- platform fees
- plugin licenses
- stock images or assets
- external vendor services
- payment processing fees
5. Business Results Disclaimer
Our services may include marketing, SEO, consulting, and development services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to search rankings, website traffic, lead generation, revenue, sales, or conversion rates.
Refunds are not provided based solely on the absence of expected business results.

- market changes
- platform algorithm updates
- delays caused by the client
- failure by the client to provide required content, approvals, or access

Any changes will apply prospectively only and will not affect services purchased under a prior version unless agreed in writing.
